1. National Council:

   The membership of National Council will be
   1. State Council/ Branches having a minimum of 20 members can apply for affiliation to the National Council on payment of a minimum amount of Rs. 1,500/- per annum.
   2. Patrons/Philanthropists on payment of Rs. 50,000/- per annum.



2. State Council / State Branches:

   The accredited State Branches by the National Council will be members of the ICSW
   1. A State Branch of 20 members shall be eligible for affiliation to the National Council on payment of minimum of Rs. 1,500/-.
      There shall be only a State Council/Branch for each State or Union Territory. Where there is already a State Council/Branch affiliated and recognized by the National Council, no other organization will be given recognition as State Council/Branch.
   2. The State Council/Branch shall pay the affiliation annually to the National Council as prescribed under 7B(a) above before 30th June of each year failing which it will loose its voting right in the General Body.
   3. A State Council/Branch can frame and implement its own programmes of work to meet the locally felt needs
   4. The State Council/Branch shall form District units within its own area and frame rules and regulations as per the objectives of ICSW.
   5. A State Council/ Branch shall be responsible for raising its own funds.
   6. The State Council/Branch shall send Annual Report of its activities to National Office before 30th June of each year.
   7. The State Council/ Branch will be allowed to vote only after clearing its membership dues to National Council.
   8. When a State Council/Branch does not fulfill the requirements of clause (a) and (f) above, will be given one months notice in writing giving reasons to explain why its affiliation cannot be cancelled or why a new Executive Committee be constituted.

If affiliation is cancelled State Council/Branch can appeal to the Working Committee within 30 days which will take the appropriate decision and inform the NEC accordingly. NEC after considering the recommendations of the Working Committee will inform its decision to the State Council/Branch.
